Shipping Policy:
Shipping is NOT automatically calculated or included at checkout, this process is done in store after your order is confirmed, packaged, and weighed. This is to ensure that you get the best and lowest rate on shipping possible. Final shipping cost will be added to your handwritten invoice and shipped with your package.

**Please provide us with a physical address that can be used for Fed Ex shipping.

FREE Shipping:
Free shipping ONLY applies to saddle purchases of $695 or more. If you have other items on your order, they will also be shipped FREE if they fit in the same box as the saddle.

Expedited/Overnight Shipping:
If you need overnight or 2-day shipping services, please specify this at checkout in the "Memo" section so that our shipping department can expedite the process for you! Please contact our shipping department to confirm shipping type and pricing.

International Orders:
Due to the circumstances of USPS, we are unable to ship any RETAIL orders internationally at this time.

Return Policy:
Paul Taylor Saddle Company greatly appreciates each of our shoppers and would like you to know before your purchase that we do NOT accept returns of any kind. NO refunds will be made. Exchanges can be made on some occasions upon approval.

Exchanges will NOT be made on saddles, medications, supplements, or products that have been used or damaged for any reason. IF your exchange is approved, it is up to you to provide shipping labels and packing materials to ensure product is not damaged in transit to the store. Never ship items back to the store without an exchange approval.

All saddle sales are FINAL. Saddles are sold as-is and no refunds or exchanges are accepted on any saddle. We thank you for your understanding!
